Intelligent bed exit control for greater safety

Combining the advantages of a contact mat and a motion sensor in a single product, the CareSens offers innovative added value. This intelligent solution provides optimum support of the nursing staff by reliably detecting motions.

Operation is extremely simple: the sensor is placed laterally at the end of the bed and programmed to a matching VARIOREC® receiver. A convenient foot switch allows the nursing staff to activate or deactivate the sensor without activating a call. In order to be able to work undisturbed near the bed, the sensor is inactivated. When leaving the room, the CareSens is reactivated. A red strip clearly indicates the activated state.

Due to its non-slip bottom and its particularly flat design, the CareSens remains fixed in its position and is protected from inadvertent movement or turning over, ensuring functionality at any time.
